All Items tab

Click this tab to display a list of all items youíve entered in the MYOB AccountEdge system.

Sold tab

Click this tab to display a list of all items you sell. These are the items for which you selected I Sell This Item in the Item Information window.

Bought tab

Click this tab to display a list of all items you buy. These are the items for which you selected I Buy This Item in the Item Information window.

Inventoried tab

Click this tab to display a list of all items you store in inventory. These are the items for which you selected I Inventory This Item in the Item Information window.

Search

Enter the number of an item you wish to find in the scrolling list. If you canít remember the entire item number, enter as much of the number as you can remember; the scrolling list will display the item whose number most closely matches the numbers you typed.

Item Number/Name column

This column displays the items in the category whose tab you selected at the top of the window (all, sold, bought or inventoried). Both the name and number of each item are displayed. If you want to view more information about an item, click the zoom arrow next to the itemís number.

On Hand column

This column displays the current quantity of each item listed in the Item column.

Last Cost column

This column displays the amount you most recently paid to purchase each item listed in the Item column. If an itemís most recent activity was an inventory transfer transaction, the unit transfer cost is displayed here.

Sell Price column

This column displays the current price youíre charging for one selling unit of measure for each item listed in the Item column. This amount is entered in the Selling Price field of the Item Information window.

Print button

Click this button to print the Items List [Summary] report, which contains summary information about all the items in the MYOB AccountEdge system.

New button

Click this button to open the Item Information window, where you can create a new item record.

Edit button

Click this button after youíve highlighted an item in the scrolling list to open the Item Information window, where you can change information about the item.

Close button

Click this button to close this window.
